This is much better in the romance department than One Bite With A Stranger. I’m not really a big fan of the couple being in each others minds when the readers don’t actually get to see the couple falling in love, guessing at the romance and the connection between the two.

The pace of this story was amazing, from the beginning to the end, the story flowed. I wrote in my journal that this had a different plot from the major plot that was in the first book but, I’m already on book 5, though I skipped book 4 since I don’t have it.

But, so far, I’m thinking that these actually could be stand alones, well except for Regina, Missy, Danice, Corinne, and Ava because they each have their own plots.

When I first read these books, a couple of years ago, I had no idea who Missy was going to end up with, she’s the less intense of her friends so ending up with Graham was a shock to me but, they are amazing together.

I love Graham. They actually talked to one another and instead of being inside of each others heads, the readers actually get to feel their connection and see the romance. This big bad wolf is sweet and attentive to his mate. I felt a real connection between them, even with Missy doubting everything.

That leads into the next part of my review. I found that this is a book character that I can actually relate with, with her emotions. I felt like this was a real couple with insecurities, arguments, and silly banter.

The werewolf culture was a huge bonus to make the story even more interesting. This book was written so well that it wasn’t boring or overwhelming with all of the information about werewolves.

Thank you for reading my review.
