Review: This was different, sometimes a good different, sometimes not. I’m not sure how a coma affects anything or if the affects differ but this girl just seemed really, really dense.

I was basically rolling my eyes for the most part. This girl just couldn’t seem to grasp the obvious concepts or connect the obvious dots.

I mean, it’s rather obvious you’re extremely close to Finn and yet you’re thinking you’re exes? And when she meets Derek’s mom and finds out that she’s married to Finn’s dad and you ask if they could possibly be step-brothers? What else could they possibly be?

The writing was alright, except for constantly repeating that Finn and Derek look like models, over and over basically through the whole book. I think I hate the word model now.

Besides the girl being dense and the model thing, the pace was great for the plot of the book, though the cover would most likely make me avoid this one if I had found this on my own, that and the title. I’m glad that I volunteered to read this from the publisher, it was a fun, enjoyable read.
