Review: This book bares a very strong resemblance to the show Ghost Whisperer to me but geared more toward kids of course.
Now, I sometimes have a hard time getting through teen books so I tend to stay away from kid books but I was requested to read this so I did. I have to say, this was a good little read, though I wouldn’t be suggesting this to adults unless you’re a parent looking through your kids reading material to make sure it isn’t too mature for them.
I think this would be a really good book for kids to get them into reading, especially if they don’t want to get into anything scary like I did when I was a kid. It’s simple and easy to read with a few pictures here and there so I think this would be good for even younger kids.
This was a rather short read, I started this before I had to go to work and finished it right before my shift started so I know a kid who isn’t really into reading wouldn’t be bored by this and start complaining about it being long.
I feel like I should give this book a rating, not based on what I think about it, but on how good it would be for kids but I don’t feel like that would be honest of me. I, personally, only liked this book so I can’t, in good conscience, give this a five star rating saying I loved it. I do think that this would be a very good book for kids.
Thank you for reading my review.
