Review: Finally getting to review Dark Crime since I didn’t when I reviewed the other books in Edge of Darkness.
The beginning got me right away, it’s very tense and just puts me right at the edge of my seat.
Now then, while I do think the relationship happened rather fast, I do understand because it’s a novella but, I think that what happened after he exchanged blood with her and said the binding words could have waited. Even for a novella, I think it happened too fast.
Finally! An ancient Carpathian who changed with the times instead of being stubborn and saying that they are much too old to change. All I can say to them is, should’ve changed with the times buddy.
I can’t wait for Emmy’s book, I just know that one is going to be great and this new ancient, what’s going to happen with him?
It’s also a really nice change when they already somewhat know of the other world and while it’s still a lot to take in, become accepting of it.
This is a highly sexual book in the first part and a highly intense adventure the second part. I would love to see the tunnel part as a choose your own ending video game or some kind of adventure video game.
Thank you for reading my review.
