I loved this book. Was it repetitive? Yes but maybe I’m just used to that because I’m a fan of Christine Feehan. Where there a few typos? Yes but very few and there was one name error where the author put the name of the dead guy instead of the name of the guy they were talking to. That threw me off a bit but I quickly got back into the swing of things.
A mystery with a sweet, short female character who takes no crap from the big-bad alpha male? Sign me up.
Also, I really did not see that ending coming. Well, of course I knew they were going to get together but I did not see who the bad guy would be. Well, I suspected half of the bad guy.
I love this series, even if I haven’t given all of the books high ratings and I really want to read Live Wire but, the store doesn’t have that book.
As I’m writing this, I’ve already finished the three books I got for the Tempting SEALs books but, I could not wait to read them, I was so excited and I will be posting a review for them either today or tomorrow, depending on if I want to get a bit more reading done.
I feel like the glimpses that the readers got of Nik in the other books before getting to his own story was worth the wait.
Thank you for reading my review.
