☆☆☆/5
The teaser made this book sound more emotional than it really is. Don’t get me wrong, there were a few bumps and two really interesting places that had me really going but that was about it.
I thought it was going to be an emotional rollercoaster but it felt like a kiddy ride.
Also, the writing seemed a bit rushed on some parts, the detail lacking. Example, it seemed like he had two pairs of hands. One second her head is in his hands and then his hands are somewhere else.
The writing could have been better, like I said it seemed rushed and lacking in some places while being detailed on the slow play-by-plays.
Not the best but I did like it. Even what was supposed to be a highly emotional scene was just a little blah for me.
It mostly wrapped up the story itself but it does end on a major cliffhanger designed specifically to get the readers to go get the next book.
I have to admit, I am rather curious about it myself but I’m not in a rush to get it.
Mostly light-hearted with a few bumps in the road that will stir up a few emotions.
Thank you for reading my review.
