I’m impressed. This book isn’t for everyone though, it is vulgar and full of dirty talk.
Besides that though, it’s full of different obstacles for our couple to go through, some of their own making, that keeps this book from dragging or getting even more repetitive.
The reason for the four stars is because I really would have liked to see the fight, I desperately wanted to read about that epic beat down but the author completely skips it. I was a little disappointed.
It was funny as well for a gang type of story, Kadence was sassy and full of attitude just like how the author wanted to write her. I was smiling and laughing in most places because Nix was lost as soon as they spoke to each other.
Now, while I do think that they seemed to move a little fast and, as a result of that, the connection took a little bit for me to feel, when I did feel it, it was intense. I was rooting for them all the way.
Another reminder to my favorite author Christine Feehan, except the characters are more vulgar.
Ladies {or gentlemen}, if you want a demanding, sexy-as-sin biker and a sassy, back-talking teacher, I bet you won’t want to put this book down.
Thank you for reading my review.
